The Chocolate Bark Hazelnut Log Cake is made with layers of our dark chocolate sponge. In between the cake is a scrumptious hazelnut praline with crisp feuilletine. Oh, yum! Don’t you love it when you encounter a little crunch inside a cake!? The cake is enrobed in a dark chocolate whipped ganache for a decidedly rich finish.
