MEL'S NOTES

The Meat Platter has a juicy selection of meats and fish, great for going round the table! This meat platter comes with a bounty of things such as four tender NZ lamb chops, and 4 gourmet Chicken Fennel Sausages, all perfectly grilled till tender. Indulge in a perfectly cooked grass-fed steak, sliced for easy devouring. Two pieces of battered halibut, so white and so fresh, are also included in this platter. So in a way, this meat platter is meant to please everyone! Comes with all the right condiments like black pepper sauce, brown sauce and tartar sauce for you to dip or pour over - whatever is your style! But what I also look forward to in this platter are the roast potatoes! I just loved these, simply marinated in butter and garlic and blasted in our oven. Carb-lovers unite!
